Wow- The summer sure has flown by, hard to believe that in less than a month, the '09 season will begin! Workouts have been going really well, we have had an awesome turn out each day, averaging around 20 girls! We will continue to work out until preseason begins.
Please remember to drink plenty of water and fluids (Gatorade...) and eat healthy! What you put in your body, is what you will get out! It would be a shame to come out and work out hard, but then not have the nutrients and supplies your body needs to continue to get stronger and faster!

Monday: 9-10:30
Wednesday: 10:15-11:45
Friday: 9-10:30
